Who is Elle Caruso, anyway?
I was born with hope in my veins and a vision of living a grand, beautiful life. But that vision didn’t align with the world around me. I quickly learned that life isn’t always kind, that working hard is often the only way to get by, and that staying small and "practical" is the safest path.
My parents did their best, but there was dysfunction. My dad was emotionally unavailable and unstable, and my mom, though deeply loving, was struggling with her own burdens.
As a sensitive, intuitive child, I could feel the energy of others. I saw their light, but also their darkness. I felt my parents’ unhappiness, and I knew they didn’t have the emotional bandwidth to handle more.
So, I often felt alone. I was always reaching for something bigger, something more than what I was being shown. I dreamed about the day when I would feel truly seen, valuable, respected, successful and unconditionally loved.
When my parents divorced at age 12, I felt an unexpected sense of relief. That was when I fully began my journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. I devoured self development books, while constantly seeking answers to life’s deepest questions; about evolution, the afterlife, and the mysteries beyond. Through it all, I felt a constant connection to God. In my moments of fear and solitude, I would pray, and time and again, I found comfort in His presence.
I had an intense drive to grow up and create a better life for myself. I graduated high school at 16, moved out, went to college, and got married at 18. Though young, I felt ready to start my own story.
Four kids, several health issues, and many years of growth later, I realized that my marriage had served its purpose and I made the courageous decision to get a divorce. My kids were 2, 4, 5, and 12 at the time.
Was it hard? Absolutely. Did people think I was crazy? Yes. Did they gossip, judge, and criticize me for breaking up the family? Without a doubt. But I had an unshakable belief in myself. I knew we could all thrive and this process was part of our growth.
This wasn’t just surface-level confidence. It was something spiritual, something deeper. I felt the support of the higher realms, my angels cheering me on, guiding me with unwavering love and belief. They were pushing me to rise, to step into my highest potential, and I could feel their presence every step of the way.
I gave all I could to my kids, while building my career as an Interior Designer. We created many happy moments, and I found joy and success in both. But, despite the success, I still felt a part of me that was lost, struggling under the weight of real-world challenges. I kept the burden hidden from my kids, wanting to shield them from any kind of dysfunction I was experiencing.
My focus was on teaching them to dream big, to live authentically, and to believe that anything was possible. I wanted them to always feel like a priority and worthy to have a life they desired. But in doing this, I realized I was longing for someone to remind me of those same truths.
There were many hard nights when I would cried myself to sleep, times when I could barely afford groceries, and moments when I wiped away tears, telling myself "you can do this" before picking them up from school.
Yet, through all the struggles, I held on to a glimmer of hope, trusting that a better life experience was waiting for me. I knew that if I kept pushing forward, shining light on my fears, leaning on my angels for guidance, and staying true to the vision in my heart, that things would eventually get better.
I immersed myself in personal growth, spiritual development, and energy healing. I deeply studied psychology, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, vibrational ascension, and holistic healing. In this process, I awakened my intuitive gifts, connected to my authentic expression, and aligned myself with self love and inner confidence.
As an Interior Designer, I had the privilege of transforming physical spaces into beautiful sanctuaries. But I felt a deeper calling—a desire to blend my passion for self-development with my gift for creating harmony. So, I took a leap of faith and devoted myself fully to the art of transformation, not just in spaces, but in lives.
